All Star Cheerleading
Competitive cheerleading is when cheer squads compete against each other at a competition. Our competitive teams (ages 3-18) practice 3 times a week and compete in national and local competitions.
At a typical cheerleading competition, teams perform a 2 and a half-minute routine with music that includes stunts, jumps, tumbling. Teams are judged by a panel of cheerleading experts on difficulty and execution. The winner in each division gets a trophy and bragging rights.
All types of cheerleading teams have the option to compete, but not all school-based cheerleading squads are competitive. School teams perform routines with a cheer with signs, poms, and megaphones that showcase their sideline skills along with an entertainment section to music.
On the other hand, all-star cheerleading squads, who are not affiliated with a school, exist solely to compete. All-star routines do not include a cheer since they don’t technically cheer for anyone, and their routines are all entertainment/music. Teams compete based on age and difficulty.
Either way, competing as a cheerleader is really challenging, athletic, and so much fun. If you want to become a competitive cheerleader, find out if your school has a cheer squad that competes or contact a local all-star gym.

Every kid loves to jump around. Off things, into things, over things, and on things. This program is designed to develop early motor skills, coordination, and spatial awareness. Some activities include: jumping, climbing, use of obstacle courses, developmental trampoline skills, along with the introduction to the gymnastics apparatus. Moms & Dads should be prepared to move about, you are the child’s primary instructor while a trained staff person guides you through the class.
If you are looking for tumbling classes that are completely child-centered, fully non-competitive, and possibly closer to home than Impact Cheer and Tumbling is for you.
Mommy and Me Tumbling
Mommy & Me classes (Ages 1-2.5) are a fun way for moms to have the opportunity to regain strength and tone muscle while bonding and playing with their babies. You and your baby will play and practice yoga while you explore movement, practice infant massage and connect with other moms and babies.
