Impact Cheer and Tumbling is open from 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm, Monday - Thursday.

Late to class: If your child arrives 12 minutes late they will not be allowed to participate in class. They will be eligible for a makeup class. We have this policy because your athlete will have missed our warmup and stretching which is a crucial part of the class for safety. This policy is strictly enforced!  Absences/Make-up Classes: All makeup classes must be scheduled through the Parent Portal. If you know you will be missing a class, you can schedule an absence using our Parent Portal. Once your child has been marked as absent in our system, you can schedule a makeup class. Makeup classes must be used within the session of the missed class(es). (i.e Fall Session)  Cancellations: If you do not plan to continue classes at Impact Cheer and Tumbling, you must notify us in writing by the 15th of the current month to avoid charges for the upcoming month. (ex: July 15th if you will not be continuing in August). If you do not notify us by the 15th, you will be charged tuition on the 1st of the month, per usual. No refund will be given if you fail to notify us in writing by the 15th of the current month.
