UNLEASH YOUR POTENTIAL

BEGINNER LEVEL

Perfect for athletes just getting started! No previous tumbling experience or skills are required. This class focuses on building strong fundamentals, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and confidence while introducing the basics of tumbling in a fun and supportive environment.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

Designed for athletes who have a strong back walkover and front walkover and are ready to begin working toward a back handspring. This class emphasizes proper technique, strength, drills, and progressions to build safe, consistent back handsprings while continuing to improve overall tumbling fundamentals.

ADVANCED LEVEL

Designed for athletes with a solid standing double backhandspring and  round off double backhandspring who are ready to progress to higher-level tumbling. This class focuses on developing the technique, power, and consistency needed for back tucks, layouts, and advanced tumbling combinations through drills, strength training, and proper progressions.
